Find your pd community

Socialize

The Parkinson's Exercise and Wellness Center is more than a gym. Added to the benefits of our exercise programs, you will find a welcoming, tight-knit community of people who are living through the same trials and tribulations that you are. Our fighters have forged strong friendships and found long-lasting support here.

The PEWC hosts monthly social events, from holiday parties to themed get-togethers to Bingo. During the COVID-19 pandemic, these events have largely been held on Zoom. On top of these, we also offer classes for caregivers and loved ones of those with PD, and quarterly support groups for those with PD.
