MEET YOUR COACH: JOSH BILES

Hello, Fighters! This month’s featured coach is the ever “ELUSIVE” Josh. Took me a while to nail him down to answer a few questions. He is an introvert that prefers to stay to himself. You know him as the “ENFORCER” during his sessions you see the side of him that demonstrates his passion to bring out the FIGHTER in you!

PEWC: Tell me a little about yourself?

JB: I’m 37, I grew up in Lawrence, KS. I received my Personal Training certification at PCI Lawrence with a 4.0 Honor Roll and an NSCA Certification. I specialize in pre/post-surgery/therapy for safe knee/shoulder/back/joint exercise rehab. I am proud to be one of the co-founder Rock Steady KC and to sit on the board of directors of the PEWC.

I enjoy working on motorcycles with my dad, watching KU Basketball, and spending time with my buddy (my dog) Hogan.

PEWC: For fun, If you could be an animal, what animal and why?

JB: I think I would want to be a monkey. So I could just swing and hang around all day. (He replies with the Josh laugh/giggle we all have come to know).

PEWC: What is your motto in life?

JB:No weapon formed against you shall prosper” Isaiah 54:17, I have it tattooed on my arm.

PEWC: Can you tell me of a memorable moment during your training sessions with your client/clients here at the PEWC?

JB: I consider every day a memorable day with the fighters and a success.

PEWC: What would you want people to know about the Fighters?

JB: The PEWC Fighters NEVER GIVE UP!
