Movement & Mobility

Our new Movement & Mobility class utilizes a unique, powerful technique called Stick Mobility to improve our fighters' joint and muscle health.

Stick Mobility allows our coaches to target some of the most painful and disabling symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. This class also focuses on improving range of motion, coordination, and balance.
